Hi, I am Katy Mew, a Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity registered Personal Trainer Practitioner specialising in one-to-one personal training in a wide variety of techniques. CIMSPA is the sector’s only chartered professional body.

I provide my Personal Training services from a private gym complete with changing room, shower and other facilities were you will feel relaxed and at ease. The gym is thoroughly cleaned after each and every client.

As a qualified CIMSPA registered Level 3 Personal Trainer, I offer the following services for adults of all ages:
